GBI did not expect support to be this… I did not expect support to be this horrible. Dont make a mistake on ypur card info cuz they lock your account. LOCK. No message telling you it is locked. After trying password reset i called to ask if something was wrong w their site. Oooooo i had to talk to fraud people cuz i made a mistake on my card address. While the rest of the world gives you a message to try your card info again, these bafoons lock your account. I used PayPay to pay for my first order so i said ' there is no fraud with PayPal ' and i was told i was being agressive. Bafoons w a victim complex. No more orders from me. I dont want anything to do w them.

GBI did not want to purchase from Onnit I did not want to purchase from Onnit as their marketing, supplements, and founder are clearly full of gimmicky BS. Unfortunately, they are the only ones claiming to have steel clubs in stock right now. Showing 3 separate ads for your overpriced products during checkout is a really gross tactic and at best is annoying to the consumer. I have not received any shipping update on my purchase.

GBScummed me out of $75 and will not… Scummed me out of $75 and will not reply to any customer service emails. Purchased a product through paypal on their website. Never said anything regarding to a reoccurring payment or anything. Not even an email from onnit themselves at any point saying anything only emails i have are from paypal. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Doubt I will ever get my money back. Dont buy from them unless you like mystery charges on your card

GBThe only "friction" experienced was… The only "friction" experienced was paying $6.99 for shipping from Austin, TX to Baton Rouge, LA, which took a week and a half... not best practice. Hopefully Onnit can work with their supply management team for better shipping rates...
