Superco was incredibly responsive and… Superco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention, they had the best deal on the Zojirushi water boiler and free shipping. Why would you not go with them? Shipping took about a couple of days (but only because they were waiting for stock to come in), but from shipment to delivery was less than 5 business days to TX. Take a look at Superco, tbh I've never heard of them before this but I'm glad I took a chance on them.

They're not just legit, they're great! Frankly I was initially a little bit worried about the company because of the name and the discount prices. However I did some research including looking them up on Trust Pilot and decided to give them a try The website said the item we were interested in was out of stock. I used the chat feature and found out they were expecting a shipment soon and that we could go ahead and order it to be on the backordered list. We went ahead and ordered the item and it actually shipped a day earlier than they said so it arrived early. I'm sure we'll be ordering from them again.

Zojirushi 5.5 rice cooker with neuro fuzzy. My order was delivered faster than Amazon and I saved a lot more with Superco...yay!The Zojirushi rice cooker was delivered with an outer box to protect it with no dents or damage upon arrival.The item was new in the box and as described.I could not be happier with this purchase and the whole order,delivery process.I recommend this company emphatically!

I am not in a region Superco has stores… I am not in a region Superco has stores so I had never heard of them. I was a little skeptical about whether they were a trustworthy company but was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I got. They very quickly confirmed my order and shipped it same day, it arrived very quickly. Highly recommend Superco.
