This company is a joke!! This company is a joke!!! I ordered semaglutite on November 14th and even paid extra $100 for overnight shipping. Total I spent was $349. Almost Christmas and I still haven’t received anything. They ghosted me for almost 3 weeks, no response either to my texts or voice mail. Then they sent me an email I will be getting my order and still nothing. I had to dispute the purchase. Please do not give them any money!!!!!!

I was unable to reach anyone for help… I was unable to reach anyone for help by phone and email to get my prescription filled for over a month. I finally got someone to answer my email and my prescription was ordered and said I would receive it the middle of the next week, it has been over two weeks and I have not received it yet. I have been three week without my prescription. This is so disappointing!!

Do not do business with them because they take your money and don’t provide the service. They have taken 747.00 dollars from me with no product or accountability. I have tried since December 28th to stop the program through emails, text and phone messages with only an automated response which stated they are very busy and basically adjusting to the changes of revamping the program. I would give them a negative star if there was such a thing. I have had to cancel my credit card to stop them from getting any more money from me. I am a nurse and the way they treat their clients is pathetic. Do not do business with this company. I agree with the other reviews that are poor.

Phenomenal experience I've had nothing but a phenomenal experiece with The Weight Loss Center. I've been using Semaglutide for approximately 11 weeks and I'm already down 23 pounds. I'm losing around 2 pounds a week which is very reasonable and sustainable. I'm halfway to my overal goal of close to 50 lbs. The once a week injections of Semaglutide could not be any easier. The delivery of Semaglutide is timely and efficient. I have to give a shout out of appreciation to my health coach, Ashley, who is incredibly helpful and responsive. She's become my biggest cheerleader on this journey. I've had nothing but a positive experience. The medication has worked flawlessly and I'm being supported in an appropriate manner. I give The Weight Loss Center an A+ and highly recommend them.
