Highly highly recommend I never thought that my IBS-D symptoms could take such a drastic turn for the better. I'm a week in and i can see that my conditions are improving daily. Yes, it's expensive for a probiotic so i was reluctant placing an order. But now I can say I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.

My experience with Spogest-IB was quite… My experience with Spogest-IB was quite avarage. They offred a decent selection of products, howeverr they weren't particularly innovativ or especially exciting. Prices were generally resonable, though not always the most competitive. When I contacted customer service, they responded in a polite and timely manner. My overall experience with them was ok, not fantastic but not terrible.

Great product. Strange smell. This product was first introduced to me by my midwife. It helped me so much that I introduced it to a friend who had developed problems due to a medication he was taking. The rest is history. It does cause a certain smell initially 😅 but the effects are worth it.

Pleasantly satisfied I have tried many things to help my diverticulitis and IBS - D nothing has worked until now! The difference has been amazing and it has literally changed my life! No more spasms, no more embarrassing accidents and as a bonus I just generally feel so much better! My mood is better, my outlook on life is better and I guess it’s because I’m not anxious anymore about going out and about and getting on with my life!
