GBExcellent Customer Service After three weeks of not receiving my Sketchbox, I contacted the company (very accessible and responsive) and after answering their questions, they promised to ship a replacement box to me (just waiting for the tracking #).

CAI absolutely love my Sketchbox… I absolutely love my Sketchbox subscription! I've been a subscriber for about 5 months now and I have loved every box. I really enjoy the opportunity to try new tools, techniques, and mediums and love that Sketchbox provides higher quality products for these trials! I get to test out new things at a price point that I can manage and then, if I like a product, I know it is worth adding to my art practice. It's also a wonderful way to explore my creativity -- I get an infusion of new products, techniques, and ideas (via the YouTube videos that are super helpful!), every month and I find that it really invigorates my own approach to my art. For those living in Canada -- my Skethbox definitely doesn't arrive right at the beginning of the month but I usually receive it within the first week or so. This doesn't bother me as I live in a rural area so I'm used to late shipping but it also adds to the anticipation each month! I watch the new YouTube videos when they're released, get excited about what's to come, start thinking about what I can do with the new materials, and then rewatch the video when my box does arrive! I'm so happy I found Sketchbox!

CABest Gift I Ever Received My daughter gifted me Sketchboxes when I started painting with acrylics in 2017. Up to that point she was the artist in the family and I was just the mom. Every month I looked forward to the arrival of Sketchbox and my collection of various art mediums grew from Sketchbox art supplies. I am 74 years old and work at my art every day. I've been using colored pencils for the last two years working on portraits of my grandchildren. I've also done numerous colored pencil sketches of animals..from a tree frog to a dog (cats and even a hampster)..Sketchbox company is professional and the staff are helpful. Its easy to subscribe and unsubscribe without being held to ransom by automatic renewal used by so many other companies. I recommend them with five stars.

GBI joined SketchBox 2 years ago and… I joined SketchBox 2 years ago and absolutely love it! I love getting new material each month and the instructional videos that help me use them. It’s like Christmas morning every month!!!

GBOnly received half of contents I ordered a 6 month subscription for my 11 yr old son as his Christmas present, and knowing the box would not get to us in time for Christmas, I also ordered a past premium box so he would have something to open on Christmas morning. Imagine his dismay when we opened our very first ever sketchbox, and we only received half of the supplies that were supposed to be included in the box. Half! You can clearly see the contents that were provided vs the menu card labeled with what we were supposed to receive. We cannot do any of the projects taught in the online tutorial that comes with the premium box! I spent $35 (not to mention shipping costs, bc they do charge you for that too) on 2 markers, a colored pencil and some paper?!?!? I say save your money, and try a different art box. I wish we had! I sent customer service an email and haven't heard anything from them.
