GBI wish I had good things to say I wish I had good things to say. Misreading the website led me to the wrong product. I refused the product unopened. To resolve the issue thru e-mail was difficult, with confusing responses from them. 14 days after they received, a partial refund was issued. Shipping charges may be OK, but shelving, handling and processing seem unreasonable. Don't make a mistake with these folks, or you will be sorry.

GBTrustworthy Giving my verdict after using my bench and dumbbells for some time. The bench and dumbbells came in 2 separate packages. Delivery took about 5 days. Had heard good things about Flybird from my friend. Also, before actually buying them, I did my due amount of homework before actually purchasing: reviews, YouTube videos, etc. To be honest, I didn't expect the weight bench to be so sturdy. It doesn't wobble at all. I mean I did expect it to be compact and easy to stow, which it is. It was very straightforward. No assembly needed. I stow it under my bed after using it. That's a big plus for me as I live in a small apartment. Haven't had any issues with the dumbbells, either. I use them every day. There haven't been any problems with the plates or the nuts coming loose or anything like that. Overall, I believe that this brand is trustworthy. Would definitely buy from them again.

GBAWFUL Customer Service. AWFUL Customer Service. Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. My order was split into two deliveries without me being told, when the first package arrived my order was marked as "fulfilled". I proceeded to text (because they dont have a number to call) and email customer service and received no response. Save your money, this company is a total scam.

GBJust like one of the other people that… Just like one of the other people that made a purchase I only received part of my order also being marked as shipment fullfiled. So far almost a week later several emails and text to (253) 733-1752 , only number I could find no response. I really would like to just get the complete order. If not going to go through my credit card company to get my money back somehow. Should have done more checking before I ordered. JUST AN UPDATE. they did split my order ans as of 8/28 notified the shipping of other half. Little worried but all good.
