Do NOT waste your money Legit the worst service ive ever accessed. It took 22 hours to send the plans and they tried to charge me 5 bucks to expedite it... The recipes all had 2 ingredients, sardines and mushrooms, mince and mushrooms, cranberries and milk blended together... I have no diet restrictions at all. Absolute rip off, don't waste your money.

All transactions were mediocore - no superior service, no problems. Can't say the same about the product quality though - all the items were fairly standard and without any distinction. Can't say I was overly impressed with the products. Misspellings are intetional.

Recipes are inedible Recipes are inedible. Plan is a joke. Out of all the recipes we got from them, only 3 are repeatable. You can do better searching the internet and finding your own recipes. That’s what I did and lost 17 pounds already with a 1500 calorie low carb diet. Took me a while to figure it out and get back to planketo. when I did, they said sorry, past The 30 day refund window. Don’t give these rip-off artists any of your money.
