Quick and easy Customer service was excellent. Tech confirmed the issue with the panel within 5 min. Only thing I did not like which is not his fault, is that I had to ship and then wait for a new panel to be shipped back. It would have been easier for me to just order a replacement through Amazon then return the malfunctioning panel.

Just okPackage arrived with hole in one end… Package arrived with hole in one end with long poles sticking thru. Pole would not have fit in box normally due to length so hole must have been done intentially. Also my keyboard stand is very wobbly no matter how much I tighten it

One reason I had for choosing SimFab over the less-expensivem brand-X 55" Triple Monitor stand was my perception that SimFab's fine tuning (bevel alignment for tilt, rotation and height adjustments) were more thoughtfully engineered and implemented. I found that to be true, both extremely user friendly, responsive and effective. As others have noted, the stand is built like a tank. I appreciated SimFab's inclusion of all the tools needed for assembly: wrenches, level, nuts, bolts & washers for multiple VESA standards. Zero complaints. Rotation angle indications, maybe in 5 degree increments (or a tool) for alignment of the left/right horizontal outer arms would be of value. I made a cut-out paper tool to match my left angle to my right.

Swift shipping and a quality product Swift shipping and a quality product, but above all else, excellent customer service and professionalism. During my set-up, I encountered an issue with mounting my STECS Max to the throttle plate provided. I emailed support and was taken aback with how fast I received a response as well as a shipping notification for a new compatible throttle plate heading my way. The folks at SimFab told me to keep them updated on the new solution. I’ll be continuing to expand my setup with SimFab gear.

Hands Down! This is the best Flight Sim Setup! I should have bought this flight sim cockpit a longtime ago. Its everything up want for flight simulation. It can be configured in just about any way you want and can easily be re-configured in minutes. The components are top notch and well designed to get the perfect setup. The company is great for offering such a wonderful product at low price. I have never seen such detailed assembly instructions, parts identification, and excellent assembly tools, combined in a new setup. I could go on but do some research and you will see this is the best out there for our hobby.
