Learning Network Engineering was a bit challenge for me to understand but the instructor Jecob Hess and mentor made it possible that we can learn with an enthusiasm and lab hands on practice projects. I pass the exam and received a FSNA certificate. I am very happy for achieving this mile stone and # Leveling UP. If I can do it any one can do it. I highly recommend for the new students or going to be join students. You have the bright and better future. I received a wonderful support from the technical support team and student success team. I was getting a bit frustrated for my LinkedIn milestone when you kept calling me and encouraging me for us to complete the process. Our meeting was scheduled to last for an hour, but I was astonished to see that we went almost two hours. I felt so relief after our meeting on Thursday. Completed my NFSA Thanks to NGT IAcademy I completed my FSNA in 3 months I don't know if that's a good thing or not but if it wasn't for the support staff and the community resources available to students which were exceptional, I don't think I would be able to compete in my opinion a short period. not to mention I work two jobs 9-5 pm and 6 pm-10 pm every day. except Saturdays and Sundays THE SUPPORT STAFF Thank your David Valez, Brittany Digiulio, Robin Stoehr, and Jacob Hess

It was wonderful to have Robin Stoehr… It was wonderful to have Robin Stoehr as the Student Success Manager. She was motivating to me. Not only did Robin call me to see how I was doing, but she also questioned me about the class topic. In addition, Brittney was a tremendous help; she encouraged me and helped me with the labs whenever I needed it.

NGT Academy NGT Academy is a quality program with videos and exercises that can help someone who is entering Information Technology or a veteran who is trying to do more than what they have been doing. The curriculum is self-paced. This requires more of the student than faculty. That said, support is present when needed. To be clear, this can be a double-edged sword to some as the need for guided instruction might be more useful. For the more focused and organized, I believe you can be really successful using NGT Academy. They cover everything thoroughly and teach career services that will last long after you complete a program with them. If I have any real criticism, it would be the lack of industry recognized certification being excluded from the programs. I'm sure it would increase the price but I think it's worth it for assisting getting placed in the job market.
