GBMy dog was picked up in Texas on a… My dog was picked up in Texas on a Sunday going to Florida. He was loaded into a car with multiple other dogs and placed in a very small cage. He was not delivered until the following Saturday. He was in that small cage in that car for 6 days!!!! When I received him, he looked like he had lost 15 pounds. He immediately ran to his water bowl but it was empty so I filled up all the way up for him and he instantly drank the entire thing. I filled it back up for him and he drank that too. I felt absolutely horrible that I allowed this to happen to him and would NEVER use these guys again!

GBI would highly recommend Blue Collar… I would highly recommend Blue Collar for your pet transport. I adopted a dog from China No Dogs Left Behind. I live in Florida and the dog I wanted was in Albany, NY! The dog could only be flown into Miami due to her having to fly in cargo and Miami bound planes provided proper air quality for the pups. I contacted Blue Collar since I am almost 150 miles from Miami and didn't wish to be a Miami airport 10:00 pm especially not being familiar with it. I spoke to Jennifer Conrad who was very helpful and set me up to have my dog delivered to my door. Although it was expensive, it was worth it. Jeff Miller, the transport driver kept me updated all the while and was extremely helpful! I would definitely use them again if needed. None of the other transports I contacted were helpful, didn't call back, etc.!

CAAbsolutely horrible company If I could give a 0 review I would. This company had been contracted to move my sister-in-law's 4 dogs from California to Canada as she was coming home (Canada) to spend her last days with her family. She had terminal cancer. The schedule was organized, Blue Collar would pick up the dogs on Tuesday, the movers would come on Wednesday and my two sister's in law would fly on Wednesday evening. This was all before Blue Collar FAILED TO SHOW UP AS PLANNED. They didn't call and cancel, they failed to show up. When an alternate day was finally scheduled, the driver informed us he wasn't intending to give two of the dogs insulin because he was just a driver. We had prearranged for a vet tech to be with them to give them insulin. This was all bad enough, but because of their initial failure to pick up the dogs, my terminally ill sister in law had to sleep on the floor of her empty house, IN PAIN, because the furniture was gone and she couldn't take 4 dogs to a hotel. She couldn't take her scheduled flight and two family members took unpaid time off work, flew to California, rented a van and took 3 days to bring her and the dogs home. SHE WAS TERMINALLY ILL and really unable to safely travel for 3 days without medical care, and in pain over every bump. She passed away a month later. Blue Collar not only fails to reimburse the family for costs incurred but also fails to answer emails of return phone calls to address this issue. The only reason I finally got a big fat NO to reimbursement of costs is because I kept calling and told them I would keep calling. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR DISREGARD FOR A DYING WOMAN AND HER FAMILY IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
