It’s been almost a month since I placed my order, I keep tracking the order and they haven’t even taken my product to usps to ship! I’ve emailed c/s 4 times… no response. I have left 2 messages on their c/s #( no one EVER answers)and no call back. Terrible experience.But, they will charge you in a heartbeat and not get back to you for a refund. I will now have to contact my credit card to dispute the charge for the tea I never received. Extremely negative way to treat a customer.

Items still have not shipped in over a month I ordered products in the 24th of December 2023. My order still has not been shipped! I have emailed multiple times. Every now and then I receive a response from Gluteboost saying so sorry we will ship asap. And every single time they still don't ship it! I keep emailing them and they keep promising to ship and it never ships. It has been stuck in processing for over a month now. I used to purchase religiously from Gluteboost, I was a repeat customer. But this experience has been so so stressful I do not want to purchase from them again!! As a business, if you can not perform the simple task of shipping a customer's order, then you shouldn't be in business. This experience has been horrible!
