The only difficulty is that the voice verification is failed too often even in perfect conditions without any extra noise. Otherwise the courses can be done much faster. That’s the only problem. Very worth doing Paced myself & finished this course on 2/21/23 to keep points off DL. I thought it was a good refresher course & was glad I took aside from original intent. Glitch in obtaining certificate upon passing but staff got it to me in no time. My experience with these folks was wonderful. They were very helpful & kind.
