Your order won't turn up, and they dont keep a record of your purchase Have been ordering from this company for about 6 months. On my most recent order, the products didnt turn up. I emailed their support team and was told none of my details were in their system (despite being a return customer). I have now spent the last week back and forth with their customer support team trying to convince them that I have in fact ordered products from them (despite the fact i've provided order number, email address etc.) I suspect its because they have farmed out UK operations to a 3rd party distributor - but thats not an excuse. I'm now out of pocket and have wasted a ton of time

Love love love the products! Love love love the products!! They have helped my digestion, sleep and brain function tremendously!! Currently I’m taking the Mass Digestive Enzymes, Congibiotics, and Magnesium Breakthrough. The information they share is legit and very helpful as well. I am a very happy customer. If I’m being honest, their retail website is a bit round about to deal with and the frequency of the emails is a bit annoying. Other than that, I’m very grateful to have found this company. They have helped the way I feel daily!

I love this magnesium I love this magnesium, my body needed this supplement. Only frustration was that I ordered several bottles for free shipping then after checkout I was offered extra bottles at a reduced price. Why not be up front about a discount for bulk orders?

I've had an ordinarie expiernce with… I've had an ordinarie expiernce with bioptimizers. They've got some almost good things going for them, but don't let that fool you. Their processs were slow, thier customer support was dim unresponsive and, worse, unhelpful. Knowing their reputation for being an actuallly good company, this was saxetimes surprising and dismaying. All in all, it's not the worst, but it's possobly not worth ending up with more of a hastle than need be.

I believe this is a good product BUT.. I believe this is a good product BUT... the prices of supplements are getting ridiculous. There are other very important supplement that I include in my daily routine and if I need to pay $50 for enzymes or magnesium, etc that takes away from my grocery needs. So,I feel if I need to choose another brand that is effective at a lower price...or choose organic foods that provide me with the nutrients my body needs, then I must make an educated and financial decision with my budget.
