I am an older man with a college degree… I am an older man with a college degree and can figure out most problems…. Except when it comes to computers and other technical cell phone apps. I had to call customer service and a man named Vince walked me through a matter that was dealing me fits. He made it so easy and had so much patience with a person like me with SUPER LIMITED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE. I was “ELATED” that he did not lose his cool with somebody like me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY AND I KNOW A GOOD BIT ABOUT REAL ESTATE…. I said that to let you know that these people that teach and help us really and truly know what they are talking about!!!
