GBSaved by the ticket school I appreciated the opportunity to have this option to reduce my speeding ticket. I'm sure it saved me a lot of money & points on my insurance. Once I navigated the process & dealt with my lack of internet service area I was fine. The most annoying thing to deal with was calling in to verify it was me. I couldn't dial fast enough & then my call would hesitate in my poor service area & it would kick me out. Not once, not twice but at least three times I had to start over again. In general I would recommend this avenue.

GBconvenient, yet frustrating this was a really convenient way for me to get my five hour course done. however i would get reset on the same page and have to wait unnecessarily due to the timer resetting and not allowing me to move on to the next section.

GBI understand that the calls and… I understand that the calls and security questions and 40 seconds are a necessity, but every time I take this class and this is the third time, I have trouble. This is the first time I have taken the course on my cell phone and have the exact same difficulty when trying to call in. *** On the positive side, this is the easiest way to learn something and have some control over my insurance rates. I can't understand why everyone complains about their rates, but doesn't bother to take this class. Boggles the mind!

GBPretty interesting, fairly ineffective The course was pretty interesting, but the cure for everything was to the claim we're acting like a child. Do you rush the intersection, you're a child, do you drive too fast, you're a child, do you blame others, you're a child. It's not an instructive approach: it hardly teaches, and it hardly motivates motivate. Better, perhaps, the course could acknowledge that there are reasons to rush, or to blame, then to present that we can only affect our part of the interaction.
