Insightful Town Hall Session My first time to attend a live Town Hall Session. Today's topic is very helpful. Hearing directly from the cleaner's perspective gave me a lot of "actual" insight , especially that I'm a newbie. Big thanks to Coach Beth for inviting Steph. The Q&A were additional learnings too. I like that Wednesday is an open forum where any questions (even outside of the official topic) can be asked.

She brought clarity and really put my mind at ease about the program. She gave practical steps in nice bite sized pieces so I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed.
