BEWe have ordered exams for 2 of our cats… We have ordered exams for 2 of our cats (from Belgium) and everything went very well. I mean, answers to questions wrt. the procedure came fast. And the results were available after 2 weeks. So great lab I think. For the swabs we used FedEx to deliver (arrived after 2 days).

CAResults are incorrect!! I used this product a lot and I really liked that it was fast and comprehensive. At some point they started using an Edmonton based lab for samples based out of Canada. Since this time, the results are often wrong, they don’t correct them when asked. They loose samples, mix up samples, their results end up being incomplete often. I ordered 4 tests in Nov2024, I have had to re-submit swabs now 4 times, and some results are completely incorrect, some are incomplete, and one has been “misplaced” every time and they are now asking me for another swab, the 4th! I have been trying to be patient but it is very clear to me now that the Edmonton Lab is the issue. They can’t seem to get one thing correct. I will be going back to Optimal Selection as it is now mid-April and I still don’t have results on a test ordered in Nov2023, which I re-submitted 4 times! This Lab is well aware of their mistakes as I have emailed them about 8 times. I finally asked for a refund, and they wanted to give me a credit, but I don’t feel that they’re worth my time any longer. The last results were very obviously not even for the correct cat, all of it was 100% incorrect!

CANot that great anymore I have used this company for a few years now. The turnaround time is definitely increasing. The testing is more expensive and I find myself questioning whether or not I want to continue using their service or finding a new one. Customer service is lacking, they don’t value your business or loyalty.

GBFrom the time they received the swabs From the time they received the swabs, it took 18 business days to receive the results. On their web site, it states up to 14 business days for results. On day 16, I called for an update and I was told they would send me email that afternoon with an update, I did not receive an email.
