Awaiting your further help to get started Hello, as I started downloading the Mina app, I got stuck as I dont have any fitness device. I have written a mail to get help but still did not get any response. I have now ordered the device in the hope that I will get help in the meantime. There is no where on the site that really shows how to install the app and the fitness devices. The video called "How it works" is more of a personal testimonial but doesnt show any "how to do"-instructions. So far, quite disappointed, but lets see once I receive the MixFit device and hopefully get contacted by someone from you.
