I think the school has so much potential to offer to the next future chef stars . The school gives the first best basic program for anybody who would choose a career in the culinary world. With the program the school has given a lot alumnies a foundation to pursue ther dreams to become better chefs , well respected . I recomand the school to anybody who wants to change or start new career in the culinary world .

Exceptional Intro and Training in French Classical Cuisine My six months of culinary school provided just what I needed to enter a highly competitive and demanding career. I was able to transition from line cooking and catering to management. I have hired many culinary graduates from various schools over the years and always found that my training was comparable if not superior to their education. ICC sets high and exacting standards and instilled in me a passion for excellence to which I still adhere in my career. I highly recommend ICC for the serious culinary student.

Am I glad that I went to culinary … Am I glad that I went to culinary school? I suppose so. I learned a tremendous amount, but not without plenty of hiccups - mainly from a handful of rude staff - along the way. For the most part, the instructors were good, but there were two who were absolutely atrocious - the reason I chose not to pursue a career in the industry.
