Mountain Fresh Customer The reviews are seriously mixed but my experience was perfect! I have been a loyal customer the Mountain Fresh days. Fab products I am a customer who has previously lived in the UK, but I have now returned to Spain. I was very worried that the delivery times would be long and my items wouldn’t arrive in a good state because of the long journey. But i could not of been more wrong. My items arrived in 5 days using a tracking service. My item was exactly what I ordered and the customer service was very quick. I asked questions regarding dosage and how to take my item. Olive was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner.

I'm giving up on this company I'm giving up on this company, after trying to rely on them for a herbal product that is difficult to find elsewhere. It takes several attempts to get them to respond to emails. It doesn't help that they've changed their email address but not updated it on their website. They also take little or no responsibility for problems. When I query why I only receive one bottle instead of two ordered, we eventually work out their labelling is wrong. Losing trust, I weighed the product, which is significantly under what is advertised. They just try to reassure me I'm wrong! I don't trust them, and would warn others you might not get what you pay for unfortunately.

I have been ordering herbs from this… I have been ordering herbs from this company for years since they were mountain fresh and while the herbs are good quality the customer service have fallen off a cliff and is non existent ( good customer service would have got you five stars). You cannot contact them by phone or email only God knows how many customers they have lost dew to poor service. Iam still waiting for my order I wish they were this slow to take the money for my order.

Absolute scammers Absolute scammers, they sent an incomplete order on purpose, only ordered three items and only two came, the highest paying item was not inside what a convenienced, the teas have a low expiry date, tea normally has 2-3 years at least. Extremely expensive and definitely not worth it. Please don't buy from here or you'll be scammed, listen to the reviews!!
