A warning from an original backer... I backed the original Pianu Kickstarter back in 2015/2016. Since then, the creator of Pianu has taken the $59k raised, and not provided a service or product to most of the near 1,000 customers that pre-ordered. The concept of the product is great, but I wouldn't trust them with your money, especially as a subscription service.

Scam website I've been Trying to change my password for a few week because i cant seem to be able to connect to the website. Also they continue to take my money without giving me the services i paid for. Also they dont respond to any or my mails...

It's a scam It's a scam! I can't login and password reset gives "critical errror". They took money from me two days ago and again today! But there's no way to stop it other than getting a new card. Don't let them scam you.
