Management is awfull (they do not even pay the parafiscals and lie about it). Managers are new rich who bully well educated teachers without any concern because they have no education at all- people that learnt their language in the street. Street teachers. They even lie about paying for your pension - please be aware. They also lie about your performance - be aware and take note of everything you do! Cuidado ! Berlitz tiene una rotación de personal altísima. Ya nadie quiere trabajar ahí. No pagan los parafiscales - pida los estractos de sus pensiones porque después de los años uno se entera que no los estaban pagando. Anote y tome foto de todo lo que hace porque son mentirosos respecto al desempeño de los profesores para poderlos botar - la administración está llena de venezolanos resentidos. NO VALE LA PENA

Scam This FLEX thing is the biggest scam in all the exciting learning programs. The app / "lessons" before getting someone to talk are useless and a big waste of time. So it's super expensive for nothing, and when you have already paid and you try to change, they don't care about their customers' feedback and just ask to pay more if you want to change for another super expensive program... avoid at all cost!

Potential Teachers are Being Trained Poorly The hiring team is nice, but then the teacher training is awful. Long, rigid, authoritarian, unpaid and packed with tests and also many demo lessons online in front of trainers and other students where they keep telling you over and over that you may fail and have to redo some other day if you deviate from the exact way they want you to teach.

The cyber program is very glitchy The cyber program is very glitchy. I only received 1 of my post-live lesson reviews, and the others I guess are floating around somewhere? Not in spam or junk. The drag and drop feature, required for some of my program lessons stopped working. I reported it and no one responded to my complaint. Teachers are pleasant, but it's hard when you are a beginner and the instructor does not speak your native language, so you can't answer questions.

truly worth the money truly worth the money. i've improved dramatically over the course and am enrolling in another. I've tried lots of different language learning methods, but this is the closest I've found to full immersion online. Berlitz works with you to help you find a teacher you love, the course material is effective, and I've jumped from A1 to B1 over the course of French 2 (with some supplementary work on dictation and reading). Highly recommend.
