Unfair Refund Policy: Why I Can't Recommend Verbling The company's refund policy is extremely unsatisfactory. In my situation, I am too sick to continue my studies, yet Verbling refuses to allow me to transfer the remaining balance on my profile to another Verbling profile. I understand that they can’t transfer the money back to my account, that’s why I asked them to transfer them to another profile. Due to this, I can only recommend Verbling to people who are not planning to get sick and have excellent health.

The interface of Verbling is usefull The interface of Verbling is usefull, you can easly book courses, find back your homework, the documents your teacher shared with you. You can choose your teacher from differents country, level, subject about language learning. for example if you looking for a pronounciation expert you can find that in this platform.

A worry-free platform where everyone's just cool :) :) If there ever are any issues, they handle it promptly and very efficiently :) The best employers in my opinion :) :) There was a slight error in the cashing-out mechanism but Verbling promptly rectified the issue on being notified....... :)

Good Business Policy: Flexibility & Understanding I was out of the country for 3 months with a 13 hour time difference between Asia and Mexico. Arranging sessions was too difficult; as much as I love my teacher and sessions, 10PM didn't work for me. I had pre-paid sessions expiring and requested an extension of time. Verbling graciously and willingly reinstated the expired sessions when I returned to the USA.
