Super customer service. Very good programme Superb customer service. Very useful programme for learning the two languages I am trying to develop. Good sense of progression - although a bit too fast and could do with more repetition considering the script is also new for a beginner. But I rate the programme highly. Please consider developing Swahili - perhaps the most widely spoken African language?

I like the program a lot I like the program a lot. I started using it when I was living in Germany in 2019, and it really helped with common discussions like going to a hotel or restaurant. It is also very good in increasing my vocabulary.

These people are an absolute disgrace These people are an absolute disgrace. I paid nearly one hundred pounds for their best deal so I could learn Greek whilst I am in Greece for several months and then Albanian. I have no doubt I have done something wrong but the only languages it will let me learn are Chinese and Spanish. I have emailed their support department 10 times asking for help but all I get is an automated reply and advertising about how wonderful they are. In fact they are useless to the point of dishonesty. I cannot comment on the quality of lessons because I haven’t had the chance

Mondly for learning Farsi I am using Mondly for learning Farsi (Persian). So far (after three weeks of using the app) I've discovered following flaws: 1) In some sentences prepositions are pronounced but ommited in written. 2) When you are asked to write a word using Arabic letters, the word will not be properly written (each letter will remain individual and they will not be joined together as they should be in handwriting). 3) Speaking (oral) exercises are tricky, not sure whether it is caused by the app itself or by my laptop micro but I rarely get good rating even though that I take all effort to pronounce correctly. Customer support (I've been in contact with Efrain) is prompt and helpful.

Worst experience I regret I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing the monthly access, which I actually thought was for 1 month only until I received an email about the renewal. It’s impossible to cancel the subscription. Only scammers and business who wants to make money on peoples’ mistakes wouldn’t put an option for cancelling the subscription neither on their website nor their app. Someone should report you for bad practices you just steal money from people!
