This is a great site This is a great site for booking language lessons. I've been using it for several years. You can choose the profile of your teacher based on location & availability. It's easy to use and flexible to make changes.

My teacher is kind and personable My teacher is kind and personable. She is always there on time. She is encouraging and although we use a workbook, she goes off script to help me understand things I struggle with and she helps me practice things I want to work on! Sometimes we have a bad internet connection and she is patient, calling me back numerous times if necessary. (Poor connections are always on my end!) She is kind and we sometimes talk about culture and cultural differences!

I learned about Verbal Planet through two of my friends, one French and one American. I learned about Verbal Planet through two of my friends who wanted to learn Arabic. It is an excellent program, easy to access, practical, and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy my classes with my Italian teacher. I hope to continue as long as possible with her until I become fluent in Italian. I do encourage my friends and family to use Verbalplanet for their own language courses. Thank you. Yasmine Fahim

They don’t approve your profile just because they don’t want more teachers. It’s been 4 days since I’m trying to approve my teacher profile and they keep reject me. They NEVER answered me once telling me why. I’ve added a new profile pic, my experiences, my education, Skype account..still nothing. They just don’t want more teachers and they don’t tell you.

Why keep paying this predatory system Why keep paying this predatory system? It's a rip off. Once you're introduced to your teacher ditch them and pay your tutor directly. VP takes a huge cut for nothing more than introducing you to each other.
