Resume Works First off, I need to say I was skeptical about getting anyone to write a resume for me. I thought I could use a template that's usually in the word documents and write my own resume but that proved to be a dead end. When I did write my own resume I received little to no feedback from companies that I had applied for. And little meaning one interview with a recruiter and that's as far as it got mind you I applied for up to 10 to 15 jobs. So I reached out to Paramount to see what they had to offer. I was highly skeptical of how I made my payment and skeptical of the overall process and how the resume will be made. But it turns out it was a fairly easy process they asked for what I was looking for and what skills I had what jobs I had and the description of the jobs they then asked to pick out a template of sort of how I want it my resume formatted. After that it took about a week or a week and a half to hear back and to actually get a rough draft of the resume. I was impressed but then it took another maybe two weeks to get the final copy with the template that I picked out and I can say I was blown away with how it was formatted and it was highly articulate. With all that said I reapplied for a job that I know I had applied for previously. So I use the resume that was created for me by Paramount I was told it had words to trigger the AI in order to get your resume noticed. With all that said I got a recruiter to call Within a week and also got an in person interview the very next day and most importantly I was offered the job.
