Keep in mind that I only use half the recommended daily dosage as I have stomach issues and found taking 4 pills a day was too much for me. But just taking 2 pills a day still works great. Product is kind of expensive but worth it. Suggest following the on/off cycle as recommended by the manufacturer.

These work as advertised - I highly recommend Herbolab supplements! Overall good product Overall good product, recommend to start with small dosage of 1-2 in morning for TKA and cycle it every 4 days. Effective but downside is need to take it consistently to maintain effect, which can be costly over long run. Good customer service and support
