GBOur golf club purchased the white … Our golf club purchased the white stainless steel tumbler, which came in a red white and blue sack. NO LID ! How in the world can this be used to drink a hot beverage anywhere without spilling??? I very much appreciate if you would send me information anout this issue.

GBSipper doesn't flow properly After much examination, there appears to be something wrong with the little membrane next to the sipper. The sipper stops working, and if you tap on the membrane it somehow seems to clear it, and it starts working again. For the money, this shouldn't be happening.

GBGreat product, but... I love that Tempercraft includes the drink spout and ring. With our other insulated bottles, we had to buy separate accessories. My only problem I experienced was a weird taste that didn't go away after the first or second wash. I used dish soap and hot water but the taste remained. I eventually used white vinegar then baking soda and water to remove whatever was in the bottle.

GBFalse advertising...not made in USA Ordered this cup because of the name “tempercraft USA”. This item is not made in the USA! That was a big disappointment when opening my package. It was actually the only reason I ordered this cup compared to its competitors. Also the tempercraft logo on the bottom is crooked. I have yet to use this, as it will be a Christmas present.

GBReally love the actual bottle Really love the actual bottle! However, I bought one as a gift and signed up for "pick up" and it actually shipped to my billing address. So the person being gifted it totally saw it. :( Additionally it was ingraved incorrectly. Nothing that can't be covered up by a sticker, but still mildly annoying. The actual bottle is AWESOME. Would recommend!
