I had an overall okay experience with… I had an overall okay experience with rareterpenes.com. I feel like I got what I paid for but it wasn't anything to rave about. I found the website easy to use but the produts almsot seemedt to lack the quality I expected. Prices were fair but not exacrly competitive. Staff I encounteed seemed friendly enough but I didn't get any real helpful information from them. Honestly, it was almost good all round. The only area that really dissapointed me was the customer serive. I thought it could have been better so all in all, it wasn't a terrible experience.

The site works as you would expect, but could definitely use some improvement in the design area. The information on the site is also averae. It is basic and doesn't showcase the products in an innovative way. I would rate my overall experience with this company as mediocr and won't be returnning anytime soon.
