I’ve been using their products for about 5 months now and I can’t go without it, it makes me feel better mentally, physically and its tasty too. By far the best kefir available Rhythm Health kefir is by far the best non-dairy kefir I've tried, and being able to get it delivered in a 5L bag is a great way to minimise packaging waste and have a constant supply. Processing and delivery was super quick, and I love that they used a bottle of frozen water to chill the parcel, so there is no unnecessary waste! Can't recommend this product enough.

They were easy to reach and answered every single last question of mine(I had many). I am happy with the service they provided. The kefir is delicious. ( As a previous customer mentioned, I too expected more of a sour/tangy taste oppose to the sweet taste of young coconuts but I can understand that those unfamiliar with kefir might prefer the sweeter taste. To adjust for this, I plan on leaving my kefir outside the fridge about 24 hours before drinking it.) Im a new customer so I can't speak towards results yet, however, I am overall satisfied with my experience thus far.
