I told them within 14 days of them taking the payment and they refused a refund . No warning email they were to take the money . We used it once in 2023 . Money robbing theives . I’m a nurse not a winger and they are absolutely awful. do not use this service unless you want to be robbed

Pathetic Pathetic company that can only survive through shady terms of service, hostile subscription schemes and refund policies, and obfuscated cancellation processes. A scam dressed up in modern web design but, still, at the heart of it, a scam run and operated by cowards. Lamentable.

Just don’t Not worth the money and sneaky way of luring you into membership. READ their refund policy. It’s horrible and you end up paying after trial run out! I tried contacting their support team, but they have no intention of helping. You just get automatic pre written emails.

I had never heard of this company… I had never heard of this company before I found a 53 euros charge on my bank account from them. I have no idea how they got by card's info. I cannot ask for a refund, since I never created an account with them. Also, 53 euros is not the price of any of their available subscriptions, so that makes even less sense.
