It has been a while since I was active, but I am so excited to keep this momentum going ❤ My favorite part of the challenge was getting my CONFIDENCE back, learning so many new tips & tricks for creating healthy habits has literally changed everything about my mindset!

GBNew Year Change I'm just starting to change my eating habits and the Lean samples I received will help me achieve this goal. I got a Magic Bullet for Christmas so I'm looking forward to making smoothies and shakes from the recipe book I downloaded. I already use the Lean sample packets to hold off hunger when it's too late for lunch and too early for dinner. Now that the holidays are over, I'm ready to be my own LadyBoss.

GBLoving the shakes best shakes ever… Loving the shakes best shakes ever especially like the recipes that aren’t shakes and it’s something different do use the protein powder for that Kaelin shares Update: discovered some new shake recipes using the protein vanilla cake powder one is turtle and the other is a cinnamon one that taste just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.

GBSupport is phenomenal!! I discovered LadyBoss shakes from a Facebook ad. I was skeptical thinking it was just another rapid weight loss gimmick. Happily, I was wrong. LadyBoss is a HUGE community of amazing LadyBosses (like minded women), LadyBoss coaches and, of course, Kaelin (owner). After trying the shakes and hanging out in the Facebook community page, I joined a 28 Day Challenge. I quickly found this was like no other weight/health challenge I ever participated in.
