In mid July I paid a total of £720.00… In mid July I paid a total of £720.00 to the Educational Hub after a hard sell. Unfortunately I did not investigate thoroughly and if I had done I would never have done any business with them. I now believe this is a scam and they need an investigation. I cannot speak to anyone at the company and as I have had no interest whatsoever in my business by any local schools i would like the sum I paid reimbursed to me.

This is a scam This is a scam They said the have been running for over twenty years and now operate framework contracts for all building works undertaken to academy schools in the telford and wrekin area, taking over from the local authority. This is not the case, the majority of schools are still maintained by the local authority and there is no framework contract operated by The Education Hub.

Stay AWAY from these scammers This company is a SCAM, the owners are the same as Edfirst.co.uk (which, btw has now been taken down) The salesperson assured it was supposed to be an exclusive offer to our business for local postcodes. Not only there are a lot of similar businesses listed in on their website in the area but a year has passed and we've had not a single engagement from a potential customer. Now, for the last 2 weeks, we have been trying to contact them to no avail. They don't answer phones, don't reply to emails and the contact form on their website does not have a 'send' button so literally - no way to contact them. AVOID AVOID AVOID, don't let them make a fool out of you!

I raised concerns with the girl i was dealing with Charlotte who confirmed if no enquiries we would get a refund, she has now gone missing and no longer replies to emails or calls. Absolute scam....I asked for a refund… Absolute scam....I asked for a refund because they basically just lied to me, they don't return your calls , I've asked for a Dsars which they have a legal obligation to provide , nothing. I'm taking this further ,its appalling that they are allowed to trade , any one who works here clearly doesn't care about anyone except themselves and hitting their sales targets including the opps manager whom i did name but have been asked to remove, I wonder why?! don't say you'll get something done then not return my emails and voicemails
