CAIs it a waist of Money and time? I bought the office 365 course bundle 70-346 and 347, only 346 have some question, No test questions for 347. Why? Video course is not great. no lab. it is a waist of money. I am still not able to feel momentum. please careful buying this.

GBLoving QuickCert so far I've only done one class so far, and I haven't tested yet, but I've really enjoyed the process up to this point. I watch the videos everyday. I can start and stop when I need to. I will have a more thorough review after I pass the certification tests.

GBNo one answers the phone in sales or chat during normal business hours My rating is more due to the sales customer service than the actual courses themselves. This is due to the fact that when I wanted to ask questions before purchasing the Entire IT Certification Training Library I couldn't get anyone on the phone or in the chat session during their normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:30pm ET. When you call the sales number at (888) 840-2378 you get a recording. The recording first tells you "your call will be answered in the order it was received." It does this a few times within 2 mins. on hold then tells you to leave a message and someone will call you back. I tried the chat window as well. No one is Ever there. I am a busy individual which is why I take online, self-paced training courses. It's all about convenience when I'm learning at my own pace. Leaving messages or voicemails to companies that say they are available and then they are not, is very annoying. There only seems to be ONE salesperson, Tom, and you get his voicemail as well when you are transferred. I'm not surprised that he doesn't answer -- he's just ONE person. There are a lot of courses on this site and I find it very hard to believe that one person can handle and give quality answers to all the questions about All the courses. I was referred here from a good friend. But I found out recently that QuickCert looks to have been acquired by another company, Oncourselearning.com (which doesn't appear to even list QuickCert in their catalog of products) so that could explain the lack of a customer support team in QuickCert sales. At this point, I'm not sure QuickCert will be around if there's no sales support. I'll go elsewhere, maybe Pluralsight or Microsoft Academy. QuickCert may have lost a customer due to the acquisition -- whether their buyer cares or not appears to be the case since they only have ONE sales person for 200+ courses for the ENTIRE QuickCert IT course library. I never write bad reviews, but this experience was bad.

GBGreat videos cover the subject matter in depth. The lessons are very comprehensive. I am learning a lot. I really like when the instructor does hands on demonstration of the material. He shows the parts of the computer from all angles and makes it very clear as to what he is doing.

GBPurchasing training, but given deadline on which to take it. I really don't see how any of your salespeople can sell a course with a promise that it can be accessed at anytime, but then there is a deadline on the course so you cannot access it after that time. I paid $1400.00 for a course that I am told isn't really mine to access after a certain date. I would never have paid that much for something I cannot keep. This is so wrong.
