Just another scam I really hoped that the previous reviews were fake as I paid for my service really quickly. The customer support changes names every time, but I spoke to him on the phone twice and it is the same person. I bought the exam for 150$, they said that I shouldn't worry about it, but they ended up not doing anything and I had to take it on my own. When I claimed the refund, this customer agent plays the dump and asks for an order ID or something. Then refers to the refund department and many other unnecessary actions. If you paid through Zelle - dispute it with your bank.

It's a scam group with Indian accent. Check my review on sitejabber about this scam company, Shoo A. is me. They are the same scam group with "takemyclassesonline.com" and "domyonlineclasses.com" which have been closed. How do I know? I pretended to be a customer and asked a "representative" if Ian Harris was online through the chat. This "representative" knew Ian Harris, he said that Ian would be available after 11:00am. Who's Ian Harris? If you asked them for a refund(They would ask you to pay at first, then you won't receive any service) through the two other websites I mentioned before, a person called Ian would contact you, he would blackmail you to tell your school and higher Edu department. Not only you would not get a refund, but also they would try to steal more money from you. Google consumercomplaints.fcc.gov which is the Federal Communications Commission and just go to F B I website and go to complaints of fraud.

They did everything for me and got passing grade but sometimes they would wait till last day. If you r patient they get it done but Idk maybe they wouldn’t have got it done if I didn’t keep pestering them. I’ll probably use them again next semester

I CREATED THIS ACCOUNT TO WARN YOU GUYS WHAT A BAD SCAMMER THESE GUYS ARE Well as you may have already read on my title, I have never used Trustpilot but I think I could help a lot of people/ students to stay away from this company, so I decided to have one account for this sole purpose. And yes, this company is a total scam, a bad scam, I don’t know why me myself get tricked by it maybe I was so desperate? But yes, a normal person would know this company is a joke when reading the chat, they would say yes to every single questions you ask in prior to getting your money (they are capable of completing any work, even when they haven’t read the requirement, that sounds way too fishy doesn’t it). I won’t even talk about their talking skill since you would totally figure it out by then, they sound scam-ish, yeah that’s what they sound like. Their names are weird and change frequently (as if they were born yesterday, cause they definitely sound like it). Btw believe every negative reviews because I think they are the only real ones, the others are maybe their coscammers complimenting their own company. Anw, be happy and domyonlinescourse is a scam. They have an active file open on domyonlinecourses.com Believe every negative scam review about this "company". They are thieves, scammers and blackmailers. I asked for a refund, next thing I knew, I got a text from a Chris Cooper - my account manager with a snapchat to my teacher, that I employed their company to pass my test. Then all of a sudden they needed $950 for "copywrite fees" and they would not send the email to my teacher. Was that end of it, NOPE, then they needed $1950 for "legal fess"; that text came from a Bobby Fermino. Was that the end of my ordeal? NOPE, a few days later I get another text from Bobby and some new person telling me that my school was "going after them" and I was to contact them to sort this out. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY - a professional company does not have you pay on Zelle, take a snapchat and have you text them proof of payment. A professional company does not offer a service to "help" you, and then blackmails you saying that they are going to contact your teacher and school. A professional company does not contact you constantly via text at all hours and days of the week. Do not make the same horrible mistake I did. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!! Karma will get this fraud of a "company".
