GBJust logged on for my first exam Just logged on for my first exam, 30 minutes before test was due to start. Went through the processes, uploaded ID etc...live chat with an agent opened. They queried my ID and said they could double check it once we went live. The screen changed to live monitoring and it shut down completely. I did everything again, had to re-upload ID etc, and exactly the same thing happened again. I then could no longer launch the exam as it was past the time limit. I spoke with an agent on live chat to complain, she has escalated it to see if I can re-book for free and given me a ticket number. There is no way I'm attempting it online again, shocking system.

GBI did my test at home with a proctor I did my test at home with a proctor. I was not fully aware of all of the guidelines so it took some time for me to get through the whole screening process. The one thing I did not like, it that the proctor was able to turn off my printer from their location, which somehow disconnected my scanner and it was difficult to get it fixed. But, overall, it was a good experience and I was able to take the test and pass it from an environment I am most comfortable working in.

GBThis is the best format for learning… real estate This is the best format for learning this comprehensive and technical knowledge. I enjoy the flexibility of the questions you can pick for review and I'm seeing steady progress and look forward to successfully passing the test.

GB2 Months of back and forth and still trying to take my RE test I submitted my paperwork with the payment information and they sent the link for registration, but when I attempted to schedule the test, an error popped up. I called in 8 times over 3 weeks as I was told repeatedly, 'give it 48 hours and it should be resolved.' What PSI didn't do was process my payment. Once they did, I called to schedule the test, and the person who did it listed me for both the state and national test, when I only needed the State. I called again to make sure that I could take just the State as I am being licensed for a second state and already took the national test. The person said you will be fine and can just take the state and show the waiver you have to the proctor. Test day was today and there was no surprise when the proctor said you need to take both exams. I called the support while still on the line with the proctor and the support said we can't do anything you should have called earlier. This is when my head just about popped off. I suggested they go back through all of their transcripts to understand the number of calls and requests to make sure this was only the exam I needed. Now I have to wait 24 hours to reschedule my test. 2 months of trying to get a career change underway and PSI has made it nothing but a challenge. The bright side is I have plenty of stories that you can't make up and hope to use as comedy content.

GBPSI POLICIES AND REQUIRMENTS ARE REALLY VAGUE My resource book indicated to take notes during the exam. I noticed that Psi allows for a white board (for notes) which had me believe I could take notes with a pen and paper. During the exam I was told to remove the pen and paper!? Being at such a disadvantage, I cancelled the exam and technical support basically laughed at me with zero resolution. Caution! Test takers are responsible for their vague, sensitive and overburdensome policies as well as their own technical issues.
