CHNo reminder to inform about end of trial period. They offer a free trial and don't remind you by mail that the trial period is ending and charge you immediately. Horrible way to conduct business.

GBI have collected several hundred of My… I have collected several hundred of My Publications yet there is no mechanism for exporting these en bloc to a dashboard.... surely they should have an export function for me to make a csv file for a cv....very disappointed at how much time I have wasted.

NZGood Research Validation Tool Although they have very scummy billing and refund policies and tactics software works very well, although makes some mistakes and needs to be human checked I would recommend for any researcher. However still be aware of canceling on time / reaching to support if cancel doesn't work.
