GBOverall poor experience with Prep… Overall poor experience with Prep Agent. Was led to believe these 45 hours of courses would apply to the pre-req exam work but in fact it does not. It's just practice work you can find online for free. Complete waste of time and money and I feel misled. Customer service did not stand behind their product and offered no concessions.
