GBDissatisfied Did not think the instructor spent very much time on what he kept saying was the most time consuming part of the test (math problems). I did not find the presentation helpful. I got the most out of the practice test. I would only recommend someone to get the prerecorded version so they have access to the test. I guess the more I think about it the lower my opinion is.

GBThe training material was pretty… The training material was pretty minimal. The practice test is just a powerpoint slideshow of someone presenting and answering questions. There is no actual practice test you can take.

GBAll this does is tell you to highlight… All this does is tell you to highlight areas. There is no teaching involved.

GBWould not recommend Many of the highlighted portions of the book were not tested. Many of the questions on the exam itself were not highlighted in the text. The instructional videos were not helpful as it was essentially two different individuals regurgitating the highlighted material. I have taken 4 B&L exams: (Tennessee, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Mississippi) out of these, I would say Mississippi was the most difficult because the questions, many times, did not line up with the highlighted text or tabbed text. Therefore, you have to spend a majority of your time thumbing through the book. I would also say there were substantially more math questions involved on this exam than others.

GBThank You! I would like to thank CTC for helping me obtain approval from the state to take my exam. I failed 1/2 sections of my exam because I took the exam "my way" by attempting to answer all questions on my first pass and come back to my marked responses. I notified CTC and Jim accepted me into his webinar and set me straight with great pointers. I followed their recommendations and tips passed my final section. CTC has the resources necessary to pass the exam, follow their recommendations and all will be well. Thanks again CTC!
