GBDo NOT recommend I took out a loan from Climb Credit for UX design for $10,500. I thought I would get a job but was not able to. Despite that I still made my payments on time, I request a deferment(which they assured would not affect my credit or change my loan) Today after paying on time for months, I found out they added $1000 to my loan. When I asked why, the replied we add interest daily to the loan. I will not recommend unless you are 100% guaranteed a job after whatever program you do because they will punish you if you don't make money..

GBBrianna from NV is the best!! I called the helpline for clarification and the representative (Brianna from NV) was amazing!!!! She was super helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I needed things to be repeated a couple times because of my bad audio processing but she was very patient with me and went above and beyond in helping me. She helped smooth out a lot of my anxieties in regards to my school receiving my loan as well as the payment plan set up. She did such an amazing job and I really want to thank her and give her a bonus for doing such an awesome job.

GBWorst customer service I have ever… Worst customer service I have ever experienced 🤬 I was told that they have no proof of any payments on my account for almost 12 months. I have proof of every payment. They have done absolutely nothing to fix this. I would definitely not recommend!

GBI was hours away from being kicked out… I was hours away from being kicked out of the doctoral program, unable to pay tuition. One of peers told me about her experience with Climb, not knowing I needed financial assistance. As we parted ways I went online and applied. In less than 24 hrs my tuition was paid. I was overcome with joy. Thanks to climb, I can continue my doctoral journey.

GBWorst. Lender. Ever. Don't use them. Their bill pay system is archaic and slow, despite paying loan in full the interest continued to accrue while the payment was pending. They send you to collections when you have scheduled payments. Customer service is horrible. They make it out like it's so easy, but the monthly payments are obscene, and there is no leeway if you aren't making enough to pay (they give you a max of two 3 month periods of deferment, beyond that if you don't have money they hound you). Go literally anywhere else. The sad thing is they are funded by Goldman Sachs, and they could easily update everything to at least give a decent user experience, but they don't, and an ACH transfer that shouldn't take more than 2 days takes a f***ing week.
