Course does not work after paying for the service - no phone to conatct I purchased a course for $65 for 1 week and now I have an account but nothing happens when I click on the course. There is no phone number to contact only message which is unanswered. Prepterminal is the company. I need this amount refunded or enable the course so I can take the course.

I would give ZERO stars if I could..... I would give ZERO stars for so called 'Prepterminal'. Full refunds offered but after buying the 4 hour intensive course, I managed to watch the intro video and the first maths video then nothing else. Kept getting an error message saying that there was a problem with THEIR server. I only had a limited time (One day) to do an unannounced SHL test so my purchase was a total waste of money. Tried contacting 'Prepterminal' a few times to request a refund but as yet they have not bothered to respond to me so I guess I have to put this one down to experience. Think twice before purchasing. If there is a problem that isn't your fault, then say goodbye to your money!

It was a waste of time and money. I purchased a prep exam for a civil service department. Questions were formed without diligence. The questions are far too easy and simple. You can only access the material in sequential order. Customer service does not respond promptly. I expect to receive a partial or no refund. It was a waste of time and money.

Do not recommend You will receive study material. However the website proclaims you will have money back guaranteed if you do not pass your test. I've tried to contact customer service of all times with a no replies. The material itself is awful. I have noticed several flaws and mistakes in the material. It is also hard to understand. Biggest waste of money.

Everything I needed to pass the test I am giving Prepterminal a well-deserved 5-star rating! The practice assessments for the SHL test were incredibly helpful in preparing me for the real exam. Although I found the Numerical Reasoning tests to be fast-paced, with about 1 minute per question, the practice allowed me to hone my skills and work on pacing myself. I appreciate the level of difficulty in the questions as it truly reflected the complexity of the real exam. Thanks to Prepterminal, I was able to pass the SHL assessment with flying colors. Highly recommend this resource to anyone looking to excel in their SHL test.
