I had a small issue upgrading from 1 to 6 months premium and Anna provided one of the best, quickest, painless customer support experiences I've ever had. What all of the negative comments seem to miss is the fact that this website also provides a lot of great articles for writing applications for Danish and international job markets. Having clear examples is something a lot of other websites are missing, and something that was of great value for someone like me, who is looking to find a job in Denmark. And you can access all of that for free. Price for "only downloading" your resume and cover letter may seem a bit steep if you look at it that way, but this kind of content, a very nice tool and a great customer service are worth the support.

Focus on the content - Jofibo helps with the layout Just had a go at creating my resume on Jofibo, it was such a nice experience. They have some helpful guides to help you, but you don't really need them to be honest, because the website is just so intuitive. I really like the broad selection of templates, the Professional and Creative are by far my favourites. When applying for jobs you need to focus on the content and not battle with setting up the layout, especially if you are not a graphic designer. Jofibo takes care of the design so you can focus on the content - and they make sure you don't forget a segment. Its brilliant to be honest. Now I just hope it pays off and I land my dream job, im confident that my resume is as good as it can be.
