Save your money - go to a different Resume service The documents I received are not worth the $180 I paid, in my opinion. The first draft was clearly generated by a machine. The feedback I provided was not fully implemented. Every revision had repetitive grammatical mistakes. It definitely felt like the writer working on this (if it indeed was a human) was not a native English speaker. Probably not in the US either. If you want to waste your money, go ahead. If I had known before, I would've gone to TopResume.

Had a great experience with ZipJob! Had a great experience with ZipJob! Once I gave them all my information needed within 24 hours I had my first draft. I had also forgotten to list one pertinent piece of information which I sent to my personal writer who had an updated version ready within 12 hours, all this over the Christmas/New Year holiday! Had call backs and interviews within two days, could not be more pleased!

Scam. Don’t waste your money. I wish I could give 0 stars. I chose this company because it had relatively good reviews. First, I took a good deal of time and effort to provide all the information on the questionnaire. Then I received my first draft which was filled with errors and questions. That is expected in a first draft. I answered all of the questions. Again, I took time to provide all of the information I could to make my qualifications clear. What I received back was a resume that was drafted through ChatGPT and sent to me. There were inconsistencies, spelling and grammatical errors, and “achievements” listed that I didn’t do nor did I ever say I did. I expressed my unhappiness with the services to both the writer and customer service, but I was assured he would fix it. So again I made detail markups of the resume and sent it back. The resume I received was a bit better and I put my trust in the company when I was assured it would sail past ATS software. After 2 months with no interviews, I reached out to ZipJob as I had the 60-day guarantee. All I got was the offer to have it redone. After another month, I ended up meeting with a professional career coach who reviewed my resume and pointed out all of the aspects that would get it tossed by ATS immediately. I have reached out to the company and asked for my money back because they failed to render the services I paid for - an ATS friendly resume. They will not offer me a refund. They offered to rewrite it, but honestly with what I got after all of the time I put into providing information, I don’t think it’s worth it. I don’t trust wasting more time in this process. This company does not care about customers. They just use AI and take your money.

TERRIBLE QUALITY RESUME - WASTE OF $ Save your money and google a few examples of resumes in your field and experience level, then go to any number of AI-augmented sites like Career.io or ResumeGenius, or just keep it simple on a word doc following standard business convention (no pic, grapics, colors, tables, etc.) ZipJob's is 100% off-shore (India most likely) staffed by non-native English speakers that take your existing copy and cram it full of obvious keywords to the point where your resume would make any recruiter's head explode. Then they want to charge you for a phone call to explain to them how they got it all wrong. In the end, you will have created more work for yourself by having to edit down their poor grasp of American english and modern business convention. AND THEY WONT ISSUE A REFUND. BUYER BEWARE. The Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches that have allowed ZipJob to post their logo on their site must allow anyone to use their logo for $.

I paid for premium service which promised delivery in 3 days I paid for premium service which promised delivery in 3 days. But they took 3 weeks to deliver after multiple emails of follow up. My resume font was not even consistent and my cover letter is of copy paste from job descriptions in market. This is not something of professional service. I felt like copy paste and too much delay in service. I wasted my money of 300$ on premium service without receiving any proper professional quality resume. I would not recommend at all.
