I purchased the premium package… I purchased the premium package thinking that I will receive well tailored, properly formatted cover letter and resume for my job search. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Even though my writer was super nice and quick to respond, I am not sure that ZipJob assigned a writer who specializes in writing for new grad nurses. I spoke to an HR mgr who specializes in nursing and was informed that the cover letter and resume were generic at best. Very disappointed that $300 went down the drain...

Money well spent I saved so much time and aggravation by using ZipJobs' services. The process was straightforward and their turnaround time was excellent. Near Instant Results My job hunt was going nowhere, so I contacted ZipJob for help with my resume. I took the first draft ZipJob provided and - after some touch ups - sent it off. I got a response literally within minutes as the new resume got past the ATS bots. If I can talk to a person, I can often get the job. Getting past the bots has always been the tough part.
