KWYou pay upfront and there is no way you … You pay upfront and there is no way you get a refund even if the solution they send is 100% wrong, and it happened to me three times before and i will never use their service anymore, they are the worst. good alternative is assignment.essayshark.com. there they allow you to see the solution before you pay and most of the tutor there are excellent.

GBI got threatened by customer service First, my experience was terrible with the assigned tutor who tried to do nothing and send a document like he did something. When I tried to complain to customer service I was literally threatened, the agent told me that I won't get reimbursed and that if I leave a bad review they will contact my college and get me ejected. When you complain about the tutor all they care about is to find a way to say they can do nothing about it. I paid 161$ for it, and in the end, I receive nothing but threats.

GBThey are honest, solved 7/8 advanced math questions I try this service for my LaTex math problem, advanced abstract algebra. I need solve 8 problems but they do only 7. They say this is cause I come late, only 2 days to deadline (this short, huh?). The support staff is helpful to give me partial refund for that 1 question which they could not solve. They are honest, I give that! Overall the experience has been nice for my first time.
