These people are scammers.. they lure you to a onetime payment of 14 days and dont do any effort to let you know or tell you that after 14 days they start charging you twice a month each month a whopping 30 dollars each time!!! Without asking or sending you a reciet or anything. Bunch of liars and thieves.

Shout out to Tania I was debited without even knowing I have subscribtion. I was scared to lose so much money and immediately cancelled it. Contacted live webchat and Tania refunded my money with no questions asked. Tania is life saver, shout out to her.

I had problems with subscription but in the end loved tour customer service I had problems with subscription, could not unsubscribe and get a refund for a month. So I was really stressed and nervous. And Stephane with calm attitude helped me! Love your experince and even though I don't need your platform due to specific resume template. I still experienced progressive type of the resume creation.
