GBPaid for premium services, but... Paid for premium services. Got zero relevant responses to my inquiries. They did not verify or respond to my requirements for my resume. I disputed the charges with Chase, and they agreed, refunded my money, and put Resume Mansion on their watch list. Avoid this service like the plague. Caveat Emptor.

GBSubpar Service the communication started dwindling after the initial intake and it became progressively brash. I could tell the person was getting annoyed with my questions and requests. After the fact, I started applying and I've gotten nothing but rejections. When I sent an email and clearly told them the issue, they asked for my resume, then responded here is a coupon, please get one of our packages...so another $300...for a total of over $600?!?
