Love Sketchy Medical! Sketchy Medical has been one of my major go to references for medical school. I used Sketchy Pharm, Micro, and Pathology for Step 1 and I can say with confidence that there were many questions on my school exams and boards that I got correct solely because of Sketchy's memory hooks and visuals. This style of learning is truly a gamechanger for many students. I highly recommend Sketchy to any medical student. Even now, in my clinical rotation years, the Sketchy videos still run through my head whenever a preceptor asks me about C.Dif in a patient, side effects of medications, and so forth. Finally, you can tell that the Sketchy team puts a lot of time and effort into their illustrations and memory hooks. The sketches are very high quality and appealing to the eye. That is definitely something I appreciate artistically. Thank you Sketchy!

One of the best resource for the Steps Overall a great resource. Did it for my weakest subject (Microbiology) for the Step 1 exam. My exam has been long over but I still haven't forgotten the sketches. The sketches have been prepared well to cover the topics and they stick well.

Absolutely unprofessional and appalling… Absolutely unprofessional and appalling delivery or Non delivery of what was sold. Sktchy sold an art course. The videos did not load on their platform. Their platform is hosted on Mighty Networks. If this had been disclosed prior to purchase I would not have purchased knowing the problems with this unprofessional platform. Not only do the videos not play in their platform, so many people must of had the same problem that they provide a link directing you to YouTube if there are playback problems. Amongst others trying to watch via YouTube only the top half of screen is visible. A course on portraits and you see nothing below the nose. I never have a problem with YouTube or the artists video I was watching except via sktchy. First video in and even their class ocerview/welcome doesn't play. Confirmed not a connection problem. First hour in new course that doesn't work. Asked for a refund instead of providing refund was treated as if lying. Do not provide Sktchy your money. I was gobsmacked to see all the poor reviews especiallyon reddit. I wish I had seen them sooner. Unprofessional platform, poor customer service.

Sketchy is underrated, fun, and engaging Sketchy is the sole reason I passed Step 1. My brain just can’t absorb things it doesn’t find engaging. While other sources might have helpful tables and take less time to run over things, they all just seem like the same lecture over and over to me. Sketchy makes me laugh and makes learning fun—I don’t think you’re ever so old that learning being fun isn’t important.

Board-Relevant God-given Relief 😅 Watching cartoons is 25x easier to remember than a lecture. The visual aids and silly humor along the way make the sheer masses of information tolerable too. All material was highly board-relevant as well. Lastly, it also sorts and organizes the information in a way that helped me see where things fit big picture. Sometimes I got lost in the weeds in my textbooks/classes, so zooming out and seeing the relevance of these details in the whole picture was helpful, in and of itself. But Sketchy doesn’t skip details - just orients you. 12/10 recommend.
