I am in total panic mode at this point I am in total panic mode at this point. I checked my bank statement this morning and i was charged $9.99 2 days ago. I was under the impression that i signed up for the free version and haven't even downloaded any resources since the 26th of September, and now i checked and there is no way to even remove my card! I am terrified now and seem to have absolutely no way to contact anyone there. If I do not have the luxury of waiting 10 days for a new card all because there are people out here trying to scam people that are just trying to supplement their child's education.

Great Website for Busy Teachers I love the concept of paying one price per month and being able to download what I need. There are many products on here that are offered on pay-per-product sites like Teachers Pay Teachers. What I do not like is the daily download limit. As a busy teacher, wife, and mother, I don't have time to download things but a couple times per month, so the download limit is problematic for me. Also, some of the products are very dated. There are so many products that it makes finding the good ones tedious and time-consuming. I think a user rating system would be helpful with sort/filter options in the search that would allow customers to filter results by ratings to "weed out" the items that are not very useful or of high quality. Overall, it's a great site! I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the problems listed above.

Absolutely a scam Absolutely a scam. I have been attempting to cancel my subscriptions for months, sent several emails, my account information etc. I keep getting the run around and a manual on how to cancel my account. My email addresses are not even linked to my subscription and I keep getting charged. My next step is to file a formal complaint and complete refund for all charges.
