Inspi to do better Dr. Shefali is extremely competent and brings her lessons forth in a very natural way. I am very happy to have stumbled upon this program. I recommend it highly to all the parents trying to find a better way to connect with their children and themselves.

Changed the focus This workshop has had an incredibly powerful impact on me. I'm amazed at how much can change in just 3 hours. For years, I struggled to see my husband's caring and supportive nature, but now I realize that it was me who tried to change him instead of focusing on changing myself.

The course is intentional in empowering… The course is intentional in empowering both the parent and the child. The practical examples teaches self compassion and emphatically demonstrates how children are the teachers of parenting.

Didn't expect, perfect workshop! Didn't expect, it's perfect! At first, I was skeptical, but this workshop exceeded all my expectations. It helped me believe that our trust can be restored. Clear practical tools that really expand understanding and help change actions. I love my partner deeply and now I have courage to say that we can bring our love back. Thank you Dr.Shefali, you’re amazing and very inspirational!

Waste of time and money Please review her material and listen to the negative reviews. Her lectures/books are focused on ideals and parenting styles that are not healthy or normal for most women who live their children. She didn’t have a loving home growing up and her pushing this unrealistic and bizarre agenda onto others who don’t know better is sick. Her mother didn’t have a choice as she was married to an Indian man in India with limited resources and no freedom of choice. Her own lived experience is night and day from most American mothers. She cannot relate and her teachings are laughable.
