Dr. Shefali's Conscious Parenting 2.0 course is worth every penny! I enjoyed and found Dr. Shefali's Conscious Parenting 2.0 course very helpful. The material is easy to follow and clearly laid out. The best part is that you can right away implement the steps. As you already might know, Dr. Shefali is easy and very interesting to listen to!!!! While I was learning I also was feeling entertained. The doctor's speaking style is very engaging! And the best way to retain information is when you are having fun. I particularly enjoyed the live interventions. Dr. Shefali's introduction to the course was worth the cost of the entire course, in my humble opinion. Her "movie making" analogy clearly explained to me the "why" behind most parenting behaviour. Once you understand the why, it is easy to implement the steps. Thank you Dr. Shefali!
